Winter training (Nov. – Apr.)
Just because we live in New England doesn’t mean we stop our dragon boat training during the winter months! In fact, we train 2x a week as a team. We’re in two types of gyms focusing on strength & conditioning as well as paddle erg training that simulates the dragon boat stroke.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SESSIONS
When: Sundays | 11:00AM – 1:30PM
Where: CrossFit City Line (Watertown, MA)
PADDLE ERG (PERG) SESSIONS
When: Tuesdays | 7:00PM – 9:00PM
Where: Power Rowing (Brookline, MA)
Water training (May – late Sept.)
Racing at dragon boat festivals gives the crew something to train towards. The races we will be competing at in 2026 will be announced soon!
WOLFPACK MEMBERSHIP
Season Benefits (valid through October 2026):
- Unlimited winter and water practices (2x a week Nov-Apr, 3x a week May – Oct)
- Access to team outrigger canoes (OC1s)
Membership Rates:
- $350 – Full season (25yo+)
- $200 – U24 discounted rate (24yo and under)
